International Shipping and Domestics Shipping via the U.S. Postal Service and FedEx.

International Orders

I have temporarily turned off automatic shipping quotations to foreign address because the quotations were generally too high. In the interests of customer service, we ask you to contact us for a shipping quote. We will then proceed to process your order manually. Credit card numbers can be sent by email or FAX. We also have an encrypted, secure email system. Just ask and I'll respond with an email message sent via our secure email system. All you do is make us a password. Nothing is loaded on your computer and once set up, your email system works normally. The system is as secure as any other 128 bit, encrypted used with secure sites on the web. You can send sensitive information with complete confidence.

The easiest way to place the order is by email. I will confirm that your order has been received and has been sent on to our shipping department for a shipping estimate. I will then send the estimate back to you as quickly as practical.

I'm still looking for a solution to this situation to this shipping quotation problem, so that we can include foreign shipments in our Web Store.


U.S. Postal Service Flat-Rate Shipping

Several customers have asked why we don't offer USPS Flat-Rate shipping. There are several reasons:

1. It is not available on the Shipping Calculator at our Web Store.

2. Insurance and delivery confirmation are extra cost services when using USPS Flat-Rate envelopes and boxes. When you add in these services, the charges are close to UPS.

3. Here is an issue that is very important: If a package is lost or not delivered for any reason, you can't submit a claim for 60 days. This is the Postal Service's policy. We can't do anything about it.

For all of these reasons, we have stayed away from USPS Flat-Rate shipping.

However, as a courtesy to our customers in these difficult economic times, we will offer "Flat-Rate" USPS service, if requested. Flat-rate is appropriate only on physically small orders (connectors, baluns, Line Isolators™, etc.). All of the items in the order must fit into the USPS' box . You will need to place your order by FAX or telephone (recommended) since there is no way we can provide this service at our Web Store.


FedEx

We can ship by FedEx, but for the time being, we need to handle these orders manually. Just give us a call at 1-800-280-8327 if you want to take advantage of this service.
