The current Internet issues - SPAM, Worms, Viruses

It want to respond to your email messages as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, some of your email is not getting through to me. Some of it gets lost in the hundreds and sometimes thousands of SPAM messages I receive every day. Some legitimate email messages contain a virus and are rejected by my filters or my Internet Service Provider's filters. Whatever the reason, a few message are not reaching me and I have no way to let you know that you didn't get through. And.... one lost message is one too many!

There are times when my email traffic is huge and it's impossible to keep up. I try to get to everyone as quickly as possible. I also try to provide complete responses instead of a simple yes or no answer. It is always possible for me to get two or three days behind. If you don't get a response to your inquiry as quickly as you need a response, don't hesitate to call us at 1-800-280-8327. We have a voice mail system at that number for your use if you call when we are unable to answer due to call volume or after hours.

Our new web store is now on this web site and it will have the latest security measures in place. You can place an order and receive an email confirmation within minutes. I invite you to take full advantage of this system. It will be the fastest way for us to process your order and since there is a paper trail (or the computer equivalent), you can expect the best service. I've avoided a web store for some time so that we could maintain a personal touch with every order, but that is simply not possible due to high call volume and the length of some calls. An order placed on our web store get priority since it is processed immediately after we download a batch. Telephone volume does not affect our web store operation. I will also be putting a FAQ page on the web site which will represent all of the questions I've answered via email in the past year or two. You should be able to find the answer to your questions from FAQ pool.

I am employing all of these techniques to provide the best possible service to you and to fight the crippling traffic flow on the Internet and on the telephone.
