Think about it, real CAROLINA WINDOM® performance in only half the space. Super 240 New! Super 240 is an RG-8X type coaxial cable that's rated at 1.5 kW @ 30 MHz (SSB/CW, normal duty cycle). It features a 100% double-shield and a gas-injected foam dielectric. Shield effectiveness is > 90 dB. This is the coax I have chosen for all RF runs inside my new operating position. For long runs outside, I use Super 400, the big brother of this terrific coaxial cable. Super 240 can be fitted with standard PL-259 connectors, using UG-176 adaptors.
